Ikon Pass holders must make a reservation for their chosen ski days. Club assumes no responsibility for inability of members to make reservations on their chosen date(s).
Lodging at Sun Valley Lodge:

- R/T airfare from PHL to Boise, ID, with ground transportation to the Lodge, baggage handling, & gratuities included. Air and bus from Boise airport. All air fare and points of departure and arrival subject to change.
- 7 nights lodging at Sun Valley Lodge Condos.
- 5-day lift tickets for Sun Valley (add $110.00 for a sixth day). MUST HAVE THE FULL IKON or IKON BASE PLUS PASS FOR THE IKON DEDUCTION
- Welcome Wine and Cheese Reception.
Mountain Stats:
America’s first ski resort. The summit elevation is 9,150 feet with 2,400 feet of vertical drop. Base elevation is 5,750 feet. The area receives about 220 inches of snowfall per year. There are 121 trails serviced by 18 lifts along with 2 terrain parks.

Please note there is a 3.1% cashier fee for using a Visa or MasterCard. For payments sent by mail, receipts can only be mailed back to you if a self-addressed stamped envelope is provided; otherwise, receipts are available from the trip leaders at regular membership meetings.
Your SJSC membership must be current to participate. EPSC members have reciprocity and may participate at the regular price; early bird pricing for SJSC members only. A copy of your valid photo ID is required at the time of sign up. See www.sjskiclub.com for membership information. ** Actual refund will be determined when the trip books close. A minimum cancellation fee of $50 is charged in all circumstances. Due to the ever-changing circumstances that exist in the travel industry - all prices are subject to change. Consider purchasing optional trip insurance. If you need to process a claim, contact the trip leader, not the outside vendor for documentation of costs. Trip participants are responsible for any fees that may be incurred outside the control of SJSC, including but not limited to fuel surcharges, baggage fees imposed by any airline, costs incurred by weather related delays or cancellations. The SJSC does not provide trip insurance and is not responsible for any travel costs, expenses or losses. All participants assume the risks and agree to release and hold harmless South Jersey Ski Club from all claims and liability resulting from exposure to disease-causing organisms, such as COVID-19, associated with travelling and skiing. Amenities such as Happy Hours, Welcome Receptions and Buffet breakfasts cannot be guaranteed and may be changed due to public health circumstances. Flight arrangements subject to change.
